We were initially put off by the shine on the Aqualite’s fabric, but it’s less apparent when you’re wearing it than it is out of the bag. What is apparent when you wear it is just how light it is – it has the appearance of a much more substantial style but it"s almost weightless when you’re riding.
The material, combined with a pared-down approach to features (there’s one chest pocket and tab-free elastic bound cuffs), means there’s no bulk at all and it packs down into a mesh sleeve on the cuff. There’s a lot of warmth here for the weight and the relatively easy cut means it pulls o
